Jurnal Asosiasi Pengajar Hukum Tata Negara Hukum Administrasi Negara (JAPHTN-HAN) is managed by the Asosiasi Pengajar Hukum Tata Negara dan Hukum Administrasi Negara (APHTN-HAN). This open-access journal serves as a dynamic and inspiring scholarly platform dedicated to publishing research articles and reviews from academics, researchers, and legal practitioners. JAPHTN-HAN focuses on two main areas: Constitutional Law, which examines issues related to constitutionalism, state institutions, and constitutional dynamics; and Administrative Law, which explores both theoretical and practical aspects of governance and public administration. More than just a publication medium, JAPHTN-HAN provides an intellectual forum that fosters the exchange of ideas and the development of critical perspectives on contemporary legal issues shaping Indonesia’s constitutional and administrative landscape. All published articles are freely accessible and downloadable online, ensuring wide visibility and increased citation potential for authors.
