Jurnal Asosiasi Pengajar Hukum Tata Negara dan Hukum Administrasi Negara (JAPHTN-HAN) is managed by the Asosiasi Pengajar Hukum Tata Negara dan Hukum Administrasi Negara (APHTN-HAN). This open-access journal serves as a dynamic and inspiring scholarly platform dedicated to publishing research articles and reviews from academics, researchers, and legal practitioners. JAPHTN-HAN focuses on two main areas: Constitutional Law, which examines issues related to constitutionalism, state institutions, and constitutional dynamics; and Administrative Law, which explores both theoretical and practical aspects of governance and public administration. More than just a publication medium, JAPHTN-HAN provides an intellectual forum that fosters the exchange of ideas and the development of critical perspectives on contemporary legal issues shaping Indonesia’s constitutional and administrative landscape.
